They had my size and color I wanted in stock. Very knowledgeable people and was in and out in 5 minutes. If you want on clouds then go here! I’ve never had them before and I’ve had some really comfortable shoes and these are by far the best shoes I’ve ever put on. Air max’s and ultra boosts are overpriced and nowhere near as good.
My husband and I went to get some new shoes for me and Andrew did a wonderful job helping me find the best shoes! He was super friendly and helpful. He was patient, kind, and super knowledgeable about the shoes I needed! Thanks so much Andrew!
My husband wanted Hoka shoes and it’s hard for him to find a good fit for his foot issues. A friend told him about Fleet Feet, so we decided to check it out. I’m so glad we did! We both had the imaging done, and he got a pair of Hoka shoes that feel good for him, I tried two styles on, but have a new pair in a different brand. We both got the recommended inserts for arch support, which immediately made our old shoes feel better. There was no pressure to buy anything, just information explained from the scan, and assistance in trying what we wanted in the correct size, including width. I have already recommended to my daughter and some friends.
It was so crazy (in a good way) to walk in the door needing shoes and to be approached by a salesperson who said “Hey, have you ever been fitted for shoes? Let’s do some scans” and then like 5 minutes later I found out I have really high arches and high instep and slightly wide feet. So he ran to the back and picked out three pairs based on my feet needs, and put them on me personally. I was really happy with the level of customer service, and I even walked out wearing my choice. I will definitely return in the future!
So thrilled with my experience here! I’ve been training for a marathon but my knee and ankle have been really hurting lately. Ian did a great job helping me get the shoes that are just right for me. I love my new Sauconys and my first long run in them, which was 20 miles, went extremely well without the knee and ankle pain! Highly recommend this place, I’m now sold and won’t go anywhere else!

The foot analysis and shoe matching process is top notch. If it’s your first time, expect a wait and expect to spend some time at the store. It’s not a grab and go process.

Upon entering, my husband and I were immediately welcomed and greeted into the store. Lauren helped me tremendously—she was patient, empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly, and a great listener. I felt that she was genuinely committed to finding me the best shoe for my lifestyle and needs. To be honest, I didn’t fully intend or expect to buy, but after my experience with Lauren and her finding me the perfect shoe there was no better option in my mind. I immediately went home and gave my shoes a test run and felt such excitement and relief to have a shoe that felt like it was made for me. I could not have had a better experience. HUGE shout out to Lauren and to the incredible customer service at Fleet Feet Brentwood. My husband and I will be back and continue to refer friends and family to your store!
Wonderful experience. I needed some new running shoes as I was developing some arch pain in my current shoes. The sales associate scanned my feet and was able to guide me toward the best shoes for my feet. It has made a world of difference!!!! I’m so thankful for Fleet Feet! I’ll definitely be back for my next pair.
